Booking
How do I book a ticket on Sa'adah?
Search or browse for the event you want, tap "Choose" or "Book your seat", select your ticket quantity, and complete payment. Your ticket with QR code arrives instantly by email.
Can I book multiple tickets at once?
Yes, you can book up to 10 tickets per order (limit may vary by event). Each ticket receives its own unique QR code.
What does "few seats left" mean?
It means demand is high and less than 10% of tickets remain. We recommend completing your booking quickly before they sell out.
Can I choose specific seats?
Yes, for events with assigned seating you can choose your seat using the interactive seat map. We hold your seats for 10 minutes while you complete payment.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept local mada debit cards, Apple Pay, and Visa/Mastercard. All payments are PCI-DSS encrypted to protect your data.
Which currencies are accepted?
You can pay in seven Gulf currencies: SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, and USD. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown at the top of the page.
Do displayed prices include taxes and fees?
The full total — including the service fee (8%) and VAT (15%) — is shown before you confirm payment. No hidden fees discovered at the last moment.
Can I pay in installments?
Sa'adah does not currently support direct installment payment. Some banks may offer this option via their card. Follow us for more payment options in the future.
Tickets
How do I receive my ticket?
Immediately after payment, your ticket with QR code is sent to your email. You can also access it at any time from "My Tickets" in your account.
Can I add the ticket to my calendar?
Yes, on your ticket page you'll find "Add to calendar" which creates an .ics file that works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and others.
How do I show my ticket at the door?
Open the Sa'adah app or your email and show the QR code on your ticket. The validator will scan it. Make sure your screen brightness is at full.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
You can assign tickets to members of your group via "Manage booking" in the order page. Full transfer functionality is in development.
Account
How do I create a Sa'adah account?
Your account is created automatically when you first sign in with your mobile number or email. No pre-registration form required.
Can I change my preferred language or currency?
Yes, in your account (Settings section) you can set your preferred language (Arabic/English) and preferred currency. You can also switch language at any time from the "EN / ع" button in the navigation.
Organizers
How do I publish my event on Sa'adah?
Register as an organizer via the "For Organizers" page, create your event, add bilingual content, sessions, and ticket types, then tap "Publish". Manage your sales and attendees from the dashboard.
What are the platform fees?
An 8% service fee applies to each sale, plus 15% VAT. The organizer receives net sales after these deductions. Listing events is free.
Refunds
What is the refund policy?
You may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time, provided the organizer has enabled this option. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I request a refund?
Go to "My orders" in your account, open the relevant order, and tap "Request refund". The request is processed within 3–5 business days and the amount is returned to your original payment method.
What happens if the organizer cancels the event?
In case of organizer cancellation, paid tickets are automatically fully refunded with no action required from you. A confirmation message is sent once the refund is processed.
