Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Sa'adah.
Last updated: June 2026
Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing or using the Sa'adah platform — whether by browsing, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the platform and to enter into electronic payment transactions. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.
Sa'adah reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced prominently on the platform or by email to your registered address no fewer than seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Accounts & Authentication
Attendees create accounts via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to their mobile number. Organizers and staff create accounts using email and password, with optional time-based two-factor authentication (TOTP) for additional security.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (password or OTP).
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying Sa'adah immediately of any suspected unauthorized access at support@saadah.com.
Sa'adah reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms or applicable law, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.
Buying Tickets, Pricing & Fees
When purchasing a ticket through the platform, the total amount charged comprises:
- Base ticket price: Set by the organizer, displayed in the local currency of the event country (SAR / AED / QAR / KWD / BHD / OMR / USD).
- Service fee: 8% (eight per cent) of the base ticket price, charged by the platform.
- Value Added Tax (VAT): Applied at the rate applicable in the country where the event is registered:
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: 15%
- United Arab Emirates: 5%
- Kingdom of Bahrain: 10%
- Sultanate of Oman: 5%
- Qatar and Kuwait: 0% (no VAT currently applied)
The total amount inclusive of all fees and taxes is displayed clearly on the review page before you complete payment. The final charge is fixed in the selected currency at the moment the transaction is completed.
The amount shown on the payment screen is the exact amount that will be debited from your payment method.
Organizer Terms
Any party wishing to publish events on Sa'adah must complete the following verification requirements:
- Registration & KYC: Organizers must submit one or more of the following: commercial registration certificate, official identity document, VAT registration certificate (where applicable), and an IBAN for payout purposes.
- Admin approval: No event will be published until reviewed and approved by the Sa'adah team.
- Content responsibility: The organizer is solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and delivery of the event as advertised.
- Payouts: Organizer proceeds — being the ticket value net of the platform's 8% service fee and applicable taxes — are transferred to the registered IBAN following platform review and approval.
- Cancellation & refund policy: The organizer is bound by their published refund policy within the framework of the platform's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The organizer is the primary contracting party with the buyer. Sa'adah's role is that of a technical intermediary facilitating transactions.
Prohibited Conduct
Both users and organizers are prohibited from:
- Forging or misrepresenting any document or identity submitted for verification.
- Copying, reselling, or transferring a ticket's QR code without explicit permission from the organizer.
- Using the platform for any activity that is fraudulent or unlawful under Saudi law or applicable GCC regulations.
- Interfering with platform systems or attempting unauthorized access to any data or accounts.
- Posting content that is offensive, incites violence, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
- Any conduct that disrupts public order, public safety, or public morals.
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be subject to appropriate legal action.
Tickets & Entry
A ticket is a personal, non-transferable right of entry unless the organizer expressly permits otherwise.
- Each ticket contains a unique QR code linked to the purchaser's name and order ID.
- The QR code authorizes a single entry only — the code is voided immediately upon scanning at the gate.
- Copying or sharing the code for duplicate-entry purposes is prohibited; the first scan of the code is treated as conclusive proof of use.
- The ticket holder is responsible for keeping the ticket secure and not making it accessible to others.
Admission decisions at the venue are the organizer's prerogative; Sa'adah bears no responsibility for on-site admission outcomes.
Cancellations & Refunds
The refund policy specific to each event applies within the general framework set out in the platform's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Organizers are required to disclose their policy at the time of booking.
Key principles:
- If the organizer cancels the event, the full ticket value is automatically refunded.
- The service fee (8%) may be non-refundable in the case of a voluntary cancellation by the buyer, depending on the event's terms; see the Refund Policy for full details.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the platform — including the "Sa'adah" trade mark, logo, visual design, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to Sa'adah.
The following require prior written permission:
- Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the platform.
- Using the "Sa'adah" name or logo in any commercial materials.
- Extracting event or user data by any automated means.
Organizers retain ownership of the content they upload (images, text, video) and are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary licences for any content submitted to the platform.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Sa'adah's services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties beyond those required by applicable Saudi law.
Sa'adah is not liable for:
- Damages arising from organizers' actions or their decisions regarding events.
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
- Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the platform's control (force majeure).
In all cases, Sa'adah's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of the ticket(s) in dispute.
Changes to These Terms
Sa'adah reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated clearly before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and applicable regulations of the Gulf Cooperation Council states.
In the event of any dispute, the parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution. The competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved amicably.
